Compact Tambau #704 - Apartment By Carpediem

The staff were polite, the place was clean, and the apartment was okay. But I’m giving it one star because of how disrespectfully the person answering messages in the app treated us. The listing clearly said there were THREE BEDS for our family of four adults and two babies. When we got there, there were only TWO BEDS. What the listing called the third bed was a tiny sofa, harder than a rock. I was pregnant and had to sleep on that awful thing for days, and my whole body hurt. We also messaged to ask about the TV remote and got no reply at all. On top of that, you have to pay to wash and dry clothes. I’ve never come across that at any hotel I’ve stayed in, and there was only one washing machine in the building. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The leisure area was lovely, with a great view over the city of João Pessoa. I stayed recently in unit 801 and found it cozy, with new furniture, internet, and smart TVs. It was quiet and felt secure, too. There’s a private garage, two split air conditioners, and attentive staff. I’d come back a thousand times!

We’d recommend this flat. It’s close to everything, including the beach, and parking was good. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and completely quiet. It has almost everything you need for a stay, and the service was friendly. Best suited for up to three people.

Flat 801 is really compact, but it worked well for us. The bed, pillows, and linens were all very good. We used the kitchen things just for breakfast, making couscous and coffee, and the location was great. The one thing we missed was a microwave to warm up milk or make popcorn.
