The beds were comfortable, but I can't even count the location as a plus since there are better hotels in the area. This was an awful hotel, and I'm usually easy to please, so I don't often leave negative reviews. Our first room was missing a phone, trash bin, chair, information leaflets and stationery. It had a key lock while other rooms had card locks, which made me suspicious. We could hear the baby next door as if she were in our room, and then found an opening in the wall between the rooms, big enough to see someone near the other room's window. They'd said there were blackout curtains, but gaps beside the windows let the light in, so we were awake as soon as the sun came up at 5 a.m. The water heater also didn't work. We asked for a trash bin, working hot water, a chair and a phone, plus an extra blanket because our daughter didn't have one for her bed. They said they'd bring the things and fix the problems, but nothing happened. On the second day I lost my temper at reception. They promised to move us, and the next room was more normal, but the water heater still had problems, there was no trash bin and the internet was awful.
