There were cockroaches in the room when we arrived. On the second day, I asked for a beach towel, which had to be paid for separately, but none were available. Only at the end of the day did they provide a bath towel instead. The room wasn’t cleaned properly: the floor was dirty and had footprints on it. I reported these issues to reception, but they only gave me the management contact for complaints, and the proper cleaning still wasn’t done that day. In the bathroom, they only took out the trash and didn’t clean it either. Without a doubt, the worst hotel. I don’t recommend it at all.

For the daily rate, I expected more. Towels and sheets were missing, and the towels they did provide were very small, old, torn, and stained. The hotel also seemed neglected: dirty room walls, broken breakfast dishes, a leaking air conditioner, and no hot water in the shower. I only managed to shower with hot water on two days. Breakfast didn’t have many options, and there was no pão de queijo.
