We chose this cozy place on João Pessoa beach for one night so we could get up early for sunrise. It’s right by the water, with a pool, and breakfast was much better than I expected for the price: a small open buffet with fruit, cakes, eggs, sausages, fresh bread, and juices. I also liked how small and cozy the hotel felt. At 185 reais for two people, it’s a good option for a night or two near the ocean. I wouldn’t want to stay much longer. The rooms are tiny, and the container-style hotel looked quite old and shabby. When we checked in, there wasn’t a sheet to cover ourselves, but the hostess brought one after we asked. The sheet wasn’t big enough or fixed to the bed, so I ended up sleeping on the mattress in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was great, served at the coffee house next door. The hotel also has a pool and bar area, with direct access to the beach. We paid 155 reais for a room with two beds. It’s a container hotel, so the rooms are very small, and you can easily hear and feel people walking outside your door. There’s no parking.
