You can see the ocean from Portugal Flat Hotel, and restaurants, bakeries, bars, and the typical João Pessoa kiosks on the seafront esplanade are all nearby. The accommodation itself is simple, but the location is perfect.

The room is spacious, with a kitchenette, and it’s right by the beach. The staff are nice. It’s cheap because the place isn’t very well kept, but if you’re not too fussy, it’s a great pick.

We’ll definitely come back. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Manaíra and close to the Tambaú craft fair. The receptionists are attentive around the clock, and the security feels very good.
