Varandas Apart

I paid a deposit to hold the apartment even though it hadn't been vacated yet. I regret it, because it was missing essentials for permanent living. Fátima first said she'd return my money within 15 days, then changed that to 30 to 60. Now that the period has passed, they've said the money was converted into nightly stays. In other words, they stole my money. Consumers have the right to change their mind and get their money back. Fátima and Varanda apart are stealing from me. I've already passed the case to my lawyer. It's regrettable. Don't get involved with this kind of person or service.

The neighborhood is excellent, quiet, surrounded by nature, and feels safe. It’s close to everything, though there’s nothing nearby for services and the street feels a bit odd. The apartment itself is cramped, hot, and has very low quality furniture.

The welcome was warm and the price was great. It’s close to everything in João Pessoa, too. There are fans, but air conditioning would make the place perfect.

A decent apartment for a couple’s stay. The only downside is how hot the units get. There’s a fan and an air cooler, which help a little.
