Villa Imperador

The pool was dirty, but otherwise it was good. We stayed there for my grandson’s wedding. Great place.

A fun place to spend time with friends.

Everything was very clean and kept in good shape.

The location was awful, far from everything, though renting a car helped. The rest of the stay was a mess. We booked a room through Booking because the photos looked amazing, but on arrival we were shown a different room that cost almost R$ 400 more. They had also canceled our reservation, which I only found out when I called to say our flight was delayed. That should've been a sign, but I missed it. We agreed to pay the difference, expecting a lovely stay by the sea with a pool and sunshine. It was nothing like that. The pool was dirty, the room wasn't cleaned, the shower didn't work, and the bathroom was dark, smelled like sewage, and had no lightbulb. The towels stank, so we had to buy our own. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no blanket, and the TV didn't work. The owner, Michele, was incredibly rude and clueless. That was what really capped off the whole experience. We stayed four days only because dealing with that woman again to find somewhere else sounded even more exhausting than buying towels and spending the days out. We loved João Pessoa and our time there, and we'll return, but never to this pousada, even if they paid us. I don't recommend it.
