The staff were terrific, and breakfast was delicious. The big problem was the noise: I could hear the neighbors' TV and air conditioning. The toilet and sink drains were also badly blocked. You'll need to bring a kettle or ask very nicely.

I haven't stayed here as a guest, but the auditorium is nice. The place is clean throughout, bathrooms included, and most chairs are fairly comfortable. You can get into the mall from inside the hotel, and the staff are quick to help when you need something.

The Bourbon Hotel is close to plenty of good bars and restaurants. The rooms are small, but clean, and the service was good. Staff spoke some English and handled my questions and room booking without trouble. There's a restaurant on the third floor for breakfast, and you can also enter the attached mall from that floor.

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but the convention center is spacious and clean. Parking is a problem, though. There aren't any parking spots, and getting to reception, even by cab, is awkward because the entrance is so small and clumsy. Valet parking is available, but they leave your car inside the shopping mall connected to the hotel.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were friendly and great. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of options and a good selection of fruit.
