We couldn't stay because the room wasn't sanitary, and reception didn't refund the amounts we'd paid in advance. There was a cockroach, a huge damp stain with mold right beside the head of the bed, and a sewage smell. To top it off, there was no window. Would you stay here?

The staff at reception deserve credit for how attentively they treated guests. The hotel is well located, but its facilities are poorly maintained. After my negative experience with the physical condition of the hotel, I don't plan to stay here again.
