Lagoa Lazer Hotel

This place used to be good, but it needs maintenance. It opens to the general public on weekends, and the fights that break out disturb the guests’ peace and sense of safety. There’s also a football team that’s there all the time, making noise like they’re in a locker room.

A really unpleasant stay. There was little in the way of facilities, hygiene was poor, and the air conditioner was in very bad shape. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed at hotel Lagoa Lazer for four days, and it was awful. The room smelled terrible, the bathroom was even worse, the beds were sandy and much too soft, and the outlets didn’t work. The air conditioner was really noisy, the pool was filthy, and service was poor. It seemed there was no room service either. The room itself was in bad shape, and the entrance looked strange. The breakfast was horrible, and the cutlery, cups, and chairs were all dirty. Food other than breakfast was terrible too. For what we got, it was far too expensive. I don’t recommend staying there. My experience was like a nightmare. I’d suggest hotel encosta do horto instead. It’s cheaper, close to everything, has a great breakfast, and everything is in good condition. It was much better and comfortable. Believe me, don’t stay at this hotel.

I made the reservation more than two months ahead, but at check-in they told me there was nothing under my name. After I kept insisting, the man checked again and found it. He first offered me a dreadful room at the back of the hotel, saying there were no others available. I refused, and they put me on the third floor in a room with mold and no TV. The shower kept leaking, which made it hard to sleep. The main receptionist was very rude and loudly complained to staff in front of guests. A horrible experience. I’ll never return and can’t recommend this hotel.
