Great.

We were only at reception for a few minutes, but it was awful. The receptionists accused us of taking an apartment key and made my wife empty everything from her bag. After that humiliating treatment, a hotel employee found the key left in an apartment door.

It was a terrible experience. While I was giving my details for my reservation, the woman asked if she'd handed me the room key. I said no three times, then she asked my husband, who also said no. She still told me to check my bag for it. Apparently my word wasn't enough, so I emptied everything onto the sofa while they watched. Another employee then came over with the key, which a guest had left in the door. I felt humiliated. They should have checked first before accusing me.

Zero stars for the service. My father and his wife were staying at this hotel over the weekend. While they were still checking in, staff accused them of taking the room key, even though no key had been given to them. They made my stepmother open her bag and take everything out to prove she didn't have it. Then an employee showed up and said the key had been left in the room. The team was completely unprepared, and they didn't even apologize for putting her through that embarrassment. Zero from the moment they reached reception.
