Ibis Styles Confins Aeroporto

Everything was as expected, and the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served early, which was a real bonus. I think they also had a free airport transfer every 20 minutes.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The hotel is very basic, so bring what you'll need for showering or cold weather. Our room was missing a hand towel, but that was the only issue. We made the mistake of ordering dinner close to 10 pm. The food wasn't fresh by then and seemed more like leftovers. It cost R$85 each, which is ridiculously expensive for dinner.

The views from the back are terrific, and there's a great little deli on the same strip with good coffee and homemade cake. If you get there before 1:30, she has a light lunch option. At the hotel, everything is chargeable. I arrived just after lunch had finished and ordered an omelette. It took 40 minutes, then came with cheese even though I'd specifically asked for none. I waited another 15 minutes, and nobody apologized. They acted as if it was my fault.

The room was adequate and everything in it worked well. The Brazilian-style breakfast was delicious, and parking outside the property is free. The main reason to choose this hotel is how close it is to the airport. There were two things I didn't like. Nobody helps with the suitcases, so you're responsible for everything. Also, the overnight front desk staff weren't friendly, and the interaction felt very stressful. I understand night work is hard, but you need to care about your business. This review isn't a 10.
