I liked the lake view, soft bed, and blackout windows, which were useful for recovering after a flight. The room was small but well equipped, with what you need for a comfortable stay, plus a stocked mini fridge and Nespresso machine. There’s a rooftop bar and pool, a grocery store right across the street, and a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff were stretched thin but did their best to accommodate me. It was only a 10-minute drive from the airport, and Uber cost under $10 USD. I’d pick this place over some of the other “luxury” options for the basic amenities alone. A good fit for solo business travelers who care about rest and efficiency.

The hotel is clean, and the people are very friendly. Check-in is convenient for foreign visitors since the staff speak English. I was happy with the breakfast too.

The rooftop pool and bar were a great place to spend time, and the lagoon nearby made for a nice walk. Breakfast was lovely, with really friendly staff. They also moved our rooms so we could be nearer each other when we arrived a little early, and gave my wife a few drink vouchers for her birthday, which had been a few days earlier. Highly recommend.

The one real plus was being close to the airport. The room was called a “luxury room WITH A VIEW,” but there was nothing luxurious about it: it was tiny, with pigeons all over. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom wasn't fully clean, and the TV and lights didn't work properly. To open the curtains, you had to open the windows too, and a pigeon might end up on your bed. The photos didn't reflect what the place was really like. The garage door also failed, so I had to call the hotel directly for access every time. Never again.

Booking without knowing quite what to expect can be a gamble, but I wasn't disappointed 😂. The receptionist and restaurant servers gave excellent service, and all the staff were wonderful and helpful. If you're visiting BH, check this place out. Thanks, guys.
