2/10
The location is good, but nothing else feels worth the price. The rooms are old and need refurbishing, and we had no hot water for a shower in the morning. The breakfast table was nicely set, with enough fresh fruit, bread, and cakes. But the hot food was poor: the fried eggs, omelets, scrambled eggs, and pastries seemed old and cold. The “boiled eggs” might have helped, but the service that should have made things better fell short too. This hotel lacks management and service, as well as refurbishment and maintenance. I don’t think it’s worth what they charge.

There are plenty of good restaurants and bars on the same street, and the hotel's own pool, sauna, and restaurants add even more. The rooms are huge and comfortable, and the staff are polite, well prepared, and happy to share useful tips. The location is amazing. I highly recommend it.

The pool is stunning, and the staff are very polite. Breakfast also has options for gluten-free and lactose-free diets. We were more comfortable than I expected: they provided an extra bed for my four-year-old son, and there was still plenty of room for all of us.

The hotel works well for company events, with good space and service, and the breakfast is incredible. The rooms were clean too. Getting to and from the conference rooms needs improvement, though. We wasted too much time waiting in lines.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast and lunch were both amazing. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and cultural places nearby, so the location is good.
