The décor has a lot of good taste, and the sound of the waterfall from the chalet is really relaxing. We loved the inn's setting, especially the surreal view from the room and breakfast room. We had a great experience. There are a few things that could be improved, though they don't spoil the stay, and I've already shared them with the managers. D.Maria, who works at breakfast and dinner, deserves a 10.

Getting to and from the hotel involves a lot of climbing, and the road is very narrow and risky if you're not a confident driver. I wouldn't consider it suitable for children or older people. It seems better for young couples looking for a romantic, quiet break. Breakfast service could be better, since guests have to choose in advance what they want to eat.

We had a lovely weekend at the inn and would happily come back soon. The room was spacious, with a wonderful bed and a great shower. The place is beautiful and the view is incredible. Breakfast was delicious, freshly made to order, and we could pick what we wanted the day before.

The reception and restaurant playlist was so tasteful, and it really stuck with us. We spent the last few days taking a break, resting, and just enjoying the view, then headed back to São Paulo feeling renewed. The whole team was attentive and showed such care in the little details. Special thanks to Camila, Amanda and Sérgio, who were so lovely. A big hug, and long life to Pousada Villa Catarina.
