The staff were courteous and really good. Breakfast is included, too. The internet can be slow or disconnect sometimes, and the elevators could use some improvement. Still, it’s a nice place for a day or two.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is old and poorly kept and needs a lot of work. I wouldn’t come back unless I had no other choice.

The room was average, but the bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well. The window air conditioner was very noisy, though, and didn’t match what it seemed like in the photos. The bathroom light was out on my first night, so I had to use my phone flashlight. The team fixed it quickly the next day. At reception I got very good service. The staff were polite, friendly, and explained things clearly. Breakfast was good, but could have had more options. For a short stay, it was worth it. The auditorium cost more than R$ 300 per day, which felt steep and will make me consider another hotel for future work trips. The location and what the hotel offers make me think it could be rated four stars rather than three. It’s a good hotel, though there are things to improve.
