Pousada Barra Sul

Our hosts were very friendly, and the place was pleasant, quite new, clean and nicely decorated. The ferry stop is nearby, as are the routes to Tamborete and Gravatá beaches, with easy trails that take 15 minutes. The ferry to or from Laguna is a little expensive at R$ 23,00 per vehicle per crossing. We stayed in room n°1 upstairs. It was spacious and fully equipped, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, good air conditioning, lighting and Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a nice view. It was very quiet and great for sleeping. Breakfast, served from 8h to 10h, was excellent, with plenty of fruit, bread, cakes, cold cuts and other treats. The orange, acerola and butiá juices were varied, and the delicious scrambled eggs were made to order.

Dilnei and Adriana, the owners, gave us a very warm welcome. The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home, and they even offered us the breakfast area to have a quick snack in the evening. They also served a really tasty, generous breakfast. We’ll definitely be back.

This pousada is a real find in Laguna. It’s in a very quiet, peaceful area, ideal for resting. The owners take great care of the rooms and shared spaces themselves, which makes you feel at home.
