Parque Hotel de Lambari

So chic.

The hotel has an impressive setup, with renovated rooms, large pools for adults, smaller ones for children, sports courts, a heated pool, and a water park. Since the water park opened to the public, the leisure area is open to everyone; it used to be entirely for families staying there. That change seems to call for more upkeep and cleaning throughout, better security given the number of visitors who may not feel responsible for the place, and a more organized parking area so guests can park comfortably while other visitors have space too. We also missed the hammock area and activities leaders for the children staying at the hotel. There should be enough towels for guests, since those services are part of what a stay costs, and more bathrooms so everyone can take care of their personal needs. The current employees are polite and cordial, though we do miss the former staff, who were wonderful. I hope the transition goes well and that you continue to succeed as business owners and entrepreneurs.

The staff were kind, and that was the only part of our stay that went well. We left on the same day we arrived. My parents spent their honeymoon at Parque Hotel nearly 32 years ago and loved the rooms, leisure facilities, and food. They'd always wanted to return, and now that we had the chance, we wish we hadn't gone. Everything felt very old, with no clear renovation or modernization since their visit. Our room smelled musty and had poor lighting, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and there was just one outlet in the whole room. The hallways felt depressing. The restaurant had little variety, and food was gone after the first hour of lunch. The dishes weren't even labeled. On Sundays the leisure area was packed, and it was hard to find a table or get service. It seemed like they were taking in more people than they could accommodate. Please modernize the place.

The water park was fantastic, and my daughter loved it. The menu there was very expensive, though, especially since guests aren't allowed to bring their own drinks. We had a wonderful family trip. Our room was well equipped, with a balcony, air conditioning, and hot water in the bathroom. The hotel's structure is old, but it still met our needs. I do think they could invest more in improvements to make it look nicer. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are offered. For the lodging price, we found the meals pretty basic. Breakfast had several options; weekday lunch at the hotel was weak, with few choices, while lunch served at the park on the weekend seemed to have more variety. Dinner came with a surprise each night we were there. We loved Italian night with pasta, cheese, and wine.
