Great spot, close to everything.

Getting around from here is a real plus if you work or study in the city center. The condo is on Rua da Consolação, with easy access to Avenida Paulista and Estação Higienópolis-Mackenzie. The building is modern and well managed, with a gym and shared areas that are kept in good shape. The leisure and convenience facilities are good, and the 24-hour front desk adds a sense of security. The common spaces are organized and practical.

We’re really happy with this condo. It’s modern, and the location is great if you like central São Paulo. There’s parking next door, the metro is easy to reach, and it’s close to Mackenzie and some excellent restaurants. We’re fans of Famiglia Mancini, which is within walking distance.

The location may be good, but the place is so dark it feels like a dungeon. There’s a 24-hour front desk, yet in all my roughly 20 trips to São Paulo, I’ve never stayed in a building where a guest couldn’t leave a suitcase and come back to collect it. It was really embarrassing. A building this size should have somewhere to store even a 10 kg bag. I wouldn’t return even if they paid me. Terrible.
