Ibira by You

Being in Moema and outside the airplane route is what made me choose this place. You can do everything on foot, and there's a wonderful café downstairs. The building itself is incredible, with fantastic leisure spaces. The pool is beautiful and big enough to really swim in. The gym is fully equipped, and whenever I've used it, it was empty, so I never had to share equipment. I don't use it, but there's also a squash court and a sauna. The coworking space is huge and comfortable, and we use it a lot. Nothing but praise!

The location is hard to beat, with the metro, shopping, great restaurants, Parque Ibirapuera, and quick access to Faria Lima's financial district all nearby. The condo has an excellent setup too, especially the coworking space. There's also a good gym, squash court, laundry, and a rooftop pool with a lovely view of Ibirapuera. Café Cultura on the ground floor is charming, convenient, and pleasant.

Wonderful, no complaints. Good security and a spacious leisure area, everything is great.

Avoid this Airbnb stay managed by the OCCA STAY concierge service. I booked an apartment in this residence through Airbnb, with OCCA STAY managing it, and the experience was unacceptable. We arrived to no welcome, no clear communication, and no solution, even after waiting from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. After a long day of travel, we had to urgently book somewhere else at our own expense. The residence itself is adequate, but OCCA STAY's management was completely incompetent and unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking a stay here managed by OCCA STAY, especially through Airbnb.
