A terrible experience. I had trouble entering the password, and there was no water in the bathroom. Avoid 360 suites.

Living next to this development has been a nightmare. The way they handle rubbish and clean the outdoor area is very questionable. Neighbors in nearby buildings asked the health surveillance authority to intervene, and it did so to deal with a large number of rats in a green space. Hygiene has bothered everyone here since people moved in: rubbish scattered around, cardboard, and people living on the street. I feel embarrassed when visitors come over. The condominium itself has taken few steps after the dirty areas were pointed out.

Filthy and awful! The rubbish is disposed of improperly and has brought rats to the street, which had never happened before. After a complaint on 6/5/25, the Unidade de Vigilância em Saúde Vila Mariana recorded that "RODENTS WERE FOUND ON THE SITE." Disgusting, a disaster for the street! It has changed the character of the neighborhood and brought a garbage dump here.
