Aero Hotel

The breakfast buffet was great. The beds were small, though, and the cleaning was unreliable. It was noisy, too.

The rooms were in impeccable condition, and all the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. This is an excellent place to stay briefly if you need to be near Salvador airport. Breakfast could have had a wider choice, but that small shortcoming didn't outweigh the quality of the services overall. Special thanks to Danilo, Maria Clara and the manager, whose kindness made my stay even more pleasant.

The breakfast was very good, and the lunch and dinner menu was satisfying too. The hotel is centrally located near shopping centers and the airport, which is handy if you have business in the area. It's a long way from the beaches, though. I've had both good and not so good experiences here. On my last work trip, I stayed four days, paid my bill, and asked for an invoice so I could get reimbursed. Fifteen days later, they still hadn't sent it. I couldn't get a reply through any channel either, by phone or WhatsApp. I don't know the hotel's invoice policy or how management and finance handle feedback, but I found it dismissive and irresponsible. My warning is to ask for the invoice before you leave, because they may not send it afterward.

It's a very good, well-organized hotel, and it's close to the airport. When I arrived, the receptionist Leide noticed I'd booked for the previous day. She sorted it out right away and even let me into my room a little before check-in time. I was very satisfied with the service.
