Don't stay here. They showed no responsibility toward their customer. I booked well ahead, back in December, but the guesthouse overbooked on Carnival Tuesday. I got to Salvador at 11:30 p.m. and had nowhere to sleep because they'd sold the accommodation reserved for me. I didn't even get an apology. Someone on WhatsApp just said there'd be a vacancy at 1 p.m. the next day, without addressing the fact that I had nowhere to stay that night. I plan to write to the booking platform and ask them to remove this guesthouse from the app. I can't trust this place, and my reservation still shows as active.

There was no consideration for the customer. Two friends had their reservation canceled just hours before check-in on Carnival Tuesday, with no explanation, apology, or solution that would keep them from being stranded. They were flying from Fortaleza to Salvador and couldn't find a place to stay at short notice, so I had to arrange another one for them. That showed a serious lack of ethics and commitment. Don't choose this place.

The breakfast was exceptional, and I have nothing to complain about. The guesthouse is simple but clean and organized, with a welcoming, peaceful feel. I was looking for a break from a stressful day, and it was just what I needed. The service was excellent.

I only stayed one night, but I really liked it and would definitely come back. The welcome was warm, and the staff were attentive and in good spirits. The place feels cozy.
