I came back in March 2026 and was glad to see vegan dishes on the menu. They were flavorful and prepared well. On my earlier visit, the restaurant was clean and orderly, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was freshly made, tasty, and nicely presented, and service was prompt. It all felt welcoming and well run.

Lunch and dinner were both really tasty, though the wait for food stretched past an hour. The hotel seems understaffed, with just one cook and one server. Washington at the front desk was wonderful and took care of everything we needed.

There’s no sound insulation between the rooms. I also had a frustrating experience with my salad: after waiting an hour, I called to check on it and was told it had only just entered production, with another 30 to 40 minutes to go. They didn’t meet the pickup time or keep me informed, which felt unprofessional.

The breakfast was wonderful, with fresh fruit, honeycomb, fresh orange juice, and deliciously crisp cheese bread. It was the best breakfast I’ve had at an Ibis hotel. We arrived close to midnight, and both staff members who helped us were very attentive. The family room worked really well for us, with plenty of space, two single beds, and one double. The mattress felt a little firm, but I was able to sleep.

The one letdown was dinner. The food was really bad, but the issue was sorted out amicably and without any further trouble. The room was good, with clean towels and sheets, breakfast was excellent, and the service was great.
