We stayed one night and had good service, strong Wi-Fi, a good breakfast, and a late checkout. But in room no.4, the TV didn’t work, and lots of bugs kept falling from the bathroom ceiling.

I asked for proof of payment for a reimbursement. They said they’d send it by email, but then simply stopped replying. I’m left out of pocket.

The only good thing was breakfast. The owner’s service was awful, she was extremely rude. The rooms were uncomfortable, there was no cleaning during the stay, and the place didn’t offer any sense of security. I don’t recommend it.

The pousada is great, and whenever I’m in town I stay in the same place. The breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are air conditioned, it’s very clean, close to the center, and the price is excellent. Tuane Sá is responsible for everything there and gave me really good service, along with great tips for outings.
