The breakfast was good, though it would help to coordinate a serving time when there aren't many guests so the food doesn't get cold. The chalet's smell triggered an allergy flare-up for me that lasted through my stay, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with allergic rhinitis. It might help to leave it open between guests for better airflow. Apart from that, things were good.

The breakfast had a real Minas Gerais feel, with wonderful homemade cheese bread, fresh juice, and local guava paste, all prepared with care. It was great value, and even though we wanted to disconnect, the inn's Wi-Fi worked very well. Our chalet had two bedrooms, a living area joined to the kitchen, a fireplace with firewood that we used, and a hammock on the balcony. We had a great stay.

The inn's staff were really helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was welcoming, nicely equipped, and lovely throughout.

We had a great stay in a peaceful part of the village. The chalet was roomy and clean, with lovely-smelling sheets and towels, and felt very cozy. Its little kitchen had a fridge, microwave, and utensils, which made it easy to put together a snack. Dona Iracema makes an especially generous breakfast with fresh homemade food: rain cakes, cheese bread, bread pudding, little ring cookies, scrambled eggs, cakes, and more. The inn's restaurant was excellent too, with fresh Minas Gerais food at a good price. You can arrange lunch throughout the afternoon, so a proper meal can be ready when you get back from an outing. Highly recommend it.
