The shower has a nice flow, though both it and the bathroom are a little small. The parking service is great and quick, the internet connection has always been good, and the key card always worked for me. That's not always the case at other hotels in the same price range. It's a safe, clean hotel with friendly staff, nice clean rooms, and a very good price. I think it's the best hotel in Londrina, and I'll definitely stay there again next time.

We'd stayed at two other hotels before coming to Crystal, then decided to stay here for about 50 days. Nothing went wrong during that time. The room service was great, and the breakfast was amazing. It's right in central Londrina, with banks, shops, and restaurants nearby. The room was amazing and quite large for a couple. Ask for room 102 if you want a bathtub as well as a shower. They also have someone to park your car in the underground car park, so you don't have to look for a space. There's always someone there when you arrive. Amazing, it should be 5 stars.

I had a really nice stay, and the staff were attentive in general. The breakfast wasn't as varied as I expected, and the cleaning could have been better.

The location is great, with all kinds of amenities close by. The rooms are spacious, and the service is very good across the board. The bathroom could be laid out better.

The bed made noise whenever I turned, and the air conditioner was pretty loud. Still, the room was clean, the location was good, and the service was good too.
