The team is good and things work as they should, but a handful of small problems kept this from being a great stay. The receptionist who welcomed us came across as unfriendly, like we were bothering him. We also saw posters advertising lunch and dinner buffets, asked if we needed to book, and were told no. It turned out the buffet wasn’t running at all, which was disappointing since we’d invited family to join us. At breakfast, some of the food was cold when it shouldn’t have been, and the buffet was cleared quickly at 10:00 on Sunday. That felt rushed. There was plenty of fancy tea, but no regular black tea, so I had to buy my own. The location is great, parking is convenient, and being next to a large mall is a real plus. I’ve stayed here many times over the years. The hotel could use a makeover, as it’s starting to look tired.

Friendly service, clean rooms, and a big mall right next door. The rooms are nice, just really small. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s a good budget hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, and the people working there are nice. Everything, including the elevator, TV, and air conditioner, seemed new and in good condition. They make an effort to give guests a quiet place to rest. One of the best hotels in Londrina.

My room had plumbing problems, and after I moved, the replacement room had them too, so I had to change rooms again. It wasn’t very clean either. Reception staff seemed unmotivated, and I’ve had much better service at other Ibis hotels. The quality felt below the usual Ibis standard.
