The breakfast ham was sour and smelled bad. The bed was in poor shape, with a mattress that sagged like a boat. The rooms and floor were dirty, the pillow was moldy, and they didn’t change the bed linens. Horrible.

It was a really bad night, and I barely slept. The room smelled moldy, the TV was broken, there was no fridge, and the air conditioner was covered in dust. I could hear everything from the other rooms, and the ceiling covering looked loose.

The cars park right in front of the rooms, and there’s light and noise coming in. The bathrooms are in poor shape and breakfast was really bad. If you’re a careless person who hangs around bars, this hotel might be for you. It’s the kind of stay you only want to have once in your life.

The room situation speaks for itself, the bed was awful. We waited nearly an hour at reception before anyone came to help, and the service was nonexistent. Breakfast was terrible, and the cook was in a bad mood. I don’t recommend it and won’t be back.

I’ve been to Rio do Sul twice and plan to stay at this hotel again. I hope my impression wasn’t mistaken, but I didn’t see some of the problems people have mentioned here, and I still trust my own experiences there.
