The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and in a convenient spot between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. What stood out most was Safir at the front desk. She greeted us warmly and made check-in easy, and her kind, professional manner helped us feel at ease. She also spoke English fluently and clearly, which made things much easier for us. I had an excellent stay at ibis Lorena. Thanks to the management, and especially to Safir, for the great service. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

I'm disappointed. Why did you fire Karolina? She was a great employee and kind to all of us. One of your other staff said, “I'm not glad to see you back at the hotel!” Is that how you welcome a guest who's stayed 120 nights?

The internet is fast, and the hotel is next to a shopping mall. The room was clean but very small. Breakfast costs extra.

A new place with good facilities. It's a handy stop to sleep when driving along Dutra Road overnight. The price seems fair, somewhere in the middle, neither especially expensive nor cheap.

If you're trying to save, the prices make sense for the facilities. Breakfast isn't included and costs a lot, so getting it at the mall is a better way to save money.
