4/10
The room was average, and the Wi-Fi signal was poor at the end of the corridor. The washroom was below average, and breakfast was average at best. I wouldn't stay again.

10/10
It's very close to Congonhas Airport, which is fantastic, and there are regular free shuttles. The hotel is clean and well serviced, with spacious rooms and a large, comfortable bed. The kitchen is open 24 hours and pretty decent. Good value for the money.

10/10
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the general services were very good, and the restaurant food was good at a fair price. It would help to have someone contact guests beforehand to confirm reservations. Checkout was very slow with just one employee handling it, and they need to avoid that situation.

6/10
The service was great, and breakfast was okay, but my husband and I couldn't rest because something in the room triggered our allergies. The gym needs an upgrade too. The treadmill was so narrow and short that I nearly fell while running.

6/10
The main advantage is the location for Congonhas airport. I spent five nights there, and to me it didn't feel like a four-star hotel. It was okay, but below what I'd expect at that rating, a bit worn out, and the breakfast selection was poor.
