A great hotel.

The sea view from this apartment is lovely, which makes the host’s attitude all the more disappointing. My experience at Loft Via Mar, a unit inside this residential complex, was horrible. The person responsible doesn’t keep up with maintenance or fix easy problems. Instead, she even told me to leave at night, when I was alone and had nowhere else booked. The shower was so dirty I couldn’t use it, so the next morning I had to go to a market and clean it myself. I also cleaned the iron. I’d asked about these issues beforehand because other reviews had mentioned them, but she hadn’t checked and simply denied there was a problem. The sheets and towels showed signs of use. Since they’re white, they could have been bleached. Her manner was cold, rude, and absurd, and she even told me to contact her only through the app. Such a shame for an apartment with a beautiful sea view.
