The location works well if you need quick access to linha verde. During my whole stay, though, there was no hot water in the shower, and breakfast was very basic.

My friend had his phone stolen during breakfast. The third-floor room had black mold, and they didn’t move my friend for a week. Also, it’s nowhere near as close to the beach as claimed. It’s about a three-mile walk, or a $10US taxi ride, not three blocks. DONT GO IM with SLB TO BRAZIL!

My reservation was messed up on the first day, and the next day I noticed my shorts were missing. They were eventually found with the dirty laundry, and I’m waiting for them to be sent to me by mail. Not a pleasant stay.

There aren’t many guests staying here, but the quality is still being maintained. The location is convenient for the companies nearby, though it’s a bit far from the beach and bars.

Good value for the price. The staff speak English, breakfast was great, and the hotel has a swimming pool and gym. The beach is 1 km away. I’d recommend it.
