The place was five days of misery for me. The rooms I saw in the catalog were never available, and the owner put me downstairs in a terrible room with no window or air conditioning. Room prices seemed to depend on whatever she felt like charging. They tried to put me in a room where the cistern passage ran through it and was left open. The rooms have no ventilation, a strong mold smell, TVs that don't work, beds in awful condition, and musty smelling sheets. The towels are poor quality, and you have to pay a fee to use the air conditioning. There was no breakfast and nothing to buy for food. They also charge separately for the invoice. The rooms are rented to more than one guest, so I was already settled in when I had to leave because another person had arrived. There's barely anyone to help. A receptionist arrives at 2:30 pm and was very polite, but couldn't keep up with things. Two cleaning workers are around in the morning until noon, but they can't sort out problems. After 8 pm nobody is there to assist you, and if you arrive later, you're left out on the street. The gate is always open, so anyone can come in. The owner is extremely rude and ignorant. I heard her shouting at the receptionist and humiliating a guest. The few times I saw her, she treated the Petrobras men well, but other guests seemed to mean nothing to her.
