Acqua Prime

We spent seven days at acqua and have nothing but praise. The staff were all very helpful and polite, and the location is great, close to the beach, waterfront, and shops. The rooms were good, the shower was good, the pool was heated, and breakfast was good too. I was surprised with a birthday cake! Thank you all so much for the kindness. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is fairly well located, and the cleaning and service staff were helpful. But comfort is what I care about most in a hotel, and that fell well short. The room was very dark, the shower was poor, and the water ran out halfway through my shower. Breakfast was standard, and the pool area wasn’t very usable because of the incredibly strong wind. It’s average, neither good nor bad.

I spent a week in apto 307 and had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were polite and helpful. It’s also quiet and close to everything you need. I definitely recommend it.

The room was wonderful, with a big TV that has cable channels, air conditioning, a minibar, and an excellent shower. It was cleaned every day. Breakfast didn’t have many choices, but it was well prepared, and the tapioca made to order was the highlight. The pool is small, though the games area is pleasant and quiet. We didn’t have time to try the sauna, but the shared bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. The reception area was beautiful and always clean. The hotel is in a very good location, close to a supermarket, restaurants, the pavilion, a lottery shop, and pharmacies. We walked around and felt very safe, with no concerns. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
