The staff at the front desk are attentive and polite, and the service there is outstanding. The building is clean and attractive, with a great gym, a coworking area, a pool, and other leisure spaces.

Set in the heart of Ponta Verde, LIV RESIDENCE feels like a remarkable place for travelers staying in Maceió. It opened in December 2023 and is a new, fully equipped building. There's a huge rooftop pool, plus a games area with billiards and other games, a sound room, a lounge for getting together with friends and family, and a coworking room. The air-conditioned party room has all the equipment and utensils needed to host a gathering. It really is an incomparable development.

I spent a week there. The apartments are beautiful, and every room has air conditioning. The building is in a really nice area.
