I loved being able to cross the street and have a picnic at the beach in the afternoons.

I lived in this building for almost 20 years. The apartments are very spacious, especially compared with newer ones, though the building itself is old and there isn't much that can be done. The main downsides are having just one elevator and one parking space. Unfortunately, the city has abandoned Posto 7. We used to have lots of events right outside our home, but now there are only a few lights and the sea air.

There's a lot that needs improving.
