Hotel Pousada Aloha

This was really bad and nothing like the pictures. The rooms had drainage problems, and the sinks and toilets were awful. The hotel itself looked like a flimsy container setup. It ruined my trip to Maceió.

My experience was awful. I booked a room with a sea view, but it was already occupied when I arrived. The room they offered instead was run-down and felt unsafe, nothing like the photos. Security was very poor, and they still tried to charge a cancellation fee for their own mistake. They treated the customer with total disregard. I wouldn’t recommend it. The place felt like something from a horror movie.

The advertising was misleading. When I arrived, there was nobody there and everything was open, which immediately seemed odd. Someone eventually showed up, and when I went to pay, I was told the room I’d booked was no longer available and there was another one instead. I didn’t want it. The facilities were genuinely shabby, with no real security or organization. I obviously chose not to stay. Read the reviews before going anywhere!

The place was terrible, with a very poor setup. The photos on Booking looked like a different hotel, but it’s actually made of containers. The advertising was misleading, and I’m going to court to get my money back.
