The next morning, I saw other guests heading out with breakfast bags, but my group and I had nothing, even though we'd asked ahead. That left a pretty bad impression, especially since even a piece of fruit would have done. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and helps staff handle requests with more care. This happened after we arrived around 7:30 p.m. last Friday, December 19, worn out from an unusually traffic-heavy trip straight from the beach. We had to leave very early for Maragogi the next day, so I asked the night-shift front desk attendant if we could pick up breakfast at 5:00 a.m. They said the request deadline had passed at 7:00 p.m. The refusal was disappointing, but the bigger problem was that they showed no interest in finding another option. I explained that we didn't need anything elaborate, but they still said no, with no flexibility or empathy. It felt discourteous and unprofessional for a hotel.

The room was basic, with just a couple of sheets on the bed and the bare minimum of towels, but the sea view was great. The front desk folks were genuinely helpful with my questions. It's an Ibis Styles, so keep your expectations low and it'll be fine. Worked for a short stay.

I'd come back here in Maceio. The room was big and very clean, with a nice sea view, and the AC was great. Friendly reception, good location, and nice design too.

Getting in was awkward, with only stairs or the slowest elevator I've ever seen. Check-in also took a long time because there was one person working slowly. The covers had lots of hair, maybe pet hair, and there wasn't a small towel. Water was leaking outside the shower.

Don't stay here. The internet doesn't work and there's no AC in the hallways. The valet ignored me while I carried my luggage up the stairs to reception, then stole from my vehicle.
