Tina Hostel e Pousada

The owners were friendly and gave good service, but the place itself really let us down. I had booked two separate rooms, one female and one male, each with six beds as shown as available on Booking. Instead, we were put in a mixed room with eight beds and barely any room to move. When I asked, they said the other room was full. The pool stayed green even after they said a cleaning product would clear it by the next day. The toilet was dirty, smelled strongly of urine, and had no paper. They should look after what they already have and provide a decent stay before trying to expand the hostel for more money.
