The room and service made this a horrible stay. The place feels frozen in the 1980s, with rusty, dripping taps and a shower, dirty windows, and a bleak view from the third floor. Simple requests took hours, and apart from one employee who seemed to handle all the maintenance, nothing worked. At 6:30 in the morning, someone got trapped in a bathroom in another room and staff had to hammer the door open, waking us with all the noise. The website photos are outdated and don't show what the hotel is really like. With so many other places to choose from in the city, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

The service is excellent, and the food is pretty good. There’s a nice pool and water park, plenty of space to explore, and the beach is right across the road. The water in the shower gets nice and hot, with great pressure. Some rooms have been renovated and others haven’t. The place has clearly seen better days, but it’s still a good place to sleep, and the architecture is great.

The ocean view from the hotel, right across from the beach, was lovely. My room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a nice bed. Room service was good, and I liked the restaurant and swimming pools. Breakfast had several kinds of cakes, cookies, and juices.

The room was a bit dirty when I arrived, but I asked them to clean it and they did. The hotel isn't very new. The pools and breakfast were great.

The breakfast was dirty, old, and below standard, and I can't find anything positive to say. The building and accommodation are dated and poorly maintained. Stay away.
