Really great.

I only visited, but found the place quite pleasant and well kept. If apartment living suits you, it seems like a good option.

The leisure area is packed and noisy, almost like a tourist attraction, and the whole place feels dim. Kids make a racket, neighbors are inconsiderate, and some people are rude. There’s a so-called rules manual, but it doesn’t seem to help at all. The condominium is extremely disorganized, and security is zero. It feels like nobody has anything to do.

I live here now and really like it. It’s peaceful, close to everything, and feels safe. The neighbors seem normal and are friendly enough to greet me. I don’t really understand the older complaints about this condominium.

A calm, well-organized condominium.
