I stayed from 6/6 to 13/6 with my 6-year-old son. If you're looking for a five-star hotel, this isn't it, but our stay was worth more than ten stars to us. Everyone, from the housekeepers and breakfast buffet staff to the reception team and manager, was so important to us and so loving with my boy and me. I'd already stayed with this chain in other places. We'd booked another hotel, El Aram, but it wasn't suitable for us, with many homeless people around, and I felt it was dangerous. We're from sp, so I know what that's like. Getting an Uber from here was easy. There's a gas station nearby and the market is far, but we managed just fine. Everyone was lovely from the moment we arrived through breakfast. The pool and the pool table were worth it, and my son loved them. I recommend CHURRASQUINHO DA MARY, a wonderful place on the street to the left. There's also the UNICOMPRA market. We used private Uber driver LUIZ. His contact is in the photo. He drove us to and from the airport, and he really became a friend.

The hotel has a pool and games like billiards and foosball, and it's only a few meters from the beach. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was delicious and complete, included in the daily rate. My wife and I were welcomed so warmly by the staff. They're all top notch. Dona Ana, who works in the dining room, was especially cheerful, welcoming, and always there to make sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. Everyone at reception was attentive too, especially Naely, who was so engaging and ready to help us. We highly recommend it.

If you're coming to Maceió, don't stay in this dump. The rooms stink of mold, the beds are broken and uncomfortable, and the service is terrible. This place isn't fit even as a rundown hotel. I'll never stay in this garbage again!

Our stay would've been perfect if clothes hadn't gone missing from my room. How can things disappear from a place only the guest and housekeeper enter? I don't believe it was a mistake. It was theft. Shame on the thief!
