Port Ville II is a great condo in one of the best parts of Ponta Verde. The location makes daily life easy, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, gyms, banks, and other services close by, plus easy access to the area's main roads and the beach. The building is well kept and has a pleasant, organized feel. There’s a pool, gym, barbecue area, party room, and 24-hour front desk. A good choice for living or a temporary stay in Maceió.

Good location and facilities. There are spacious parking spots, though some aren't covered. The rooftop has a pool, two barbecue grills, and a gym.

Everything was clean, tidy, and organized, and we were welcomed so warmly. The beach is just five minutes away, and the doormen were attentive and polite. Senhor Geraldo Bentes greeted us and gave us all the information about where we were staying. We loved it and highly recommend it.

A very good building with nice neighbors. The síndica and her team take good care of it. The apartments have a bedroom and living room, with leisure facilities on the rooftop.
