The food was amazing, and the atmosphere and service were incredible. Everything was perfect 😍

We asked to cancel and move somewhere with Amazon tours, but the hotel refused to refund us for the unused nights. For a place in the heart of the Amazon, it didn’t have any meaningful tours available, which made for a poor experience as an international tourist. The staff were pleasant, but the rooms were very basic and looked more impressive in the booking site photos. I wish the owner had been more pragmatic and refunded those unused nights.

We had a unique stay and decided we’d like to come back. The place was clean, peaceful, and well organized, and the crew were hospitable and ready to answer our calls almost around the clock.

The place was really dirty, and the people were unfriendly.

A nice spot with kind people and a good forest for wildlife watching.
