10/10
The rooms are a little cramped and have no windows, but the A/C works well. For the price, I was really happy: we got a clean private room with a bathroom for less than two dorm beds anywhere else we could find. The staff are friendly, laundry service is available and really good, and the location is great, very close to The Teatro.

The concierge was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I'd honestly rather sleep on the street than stay here again. Do yourself a favor and don't book this place.
