I had a great stay at Comfort Hotel Manaus. The staff were super helpful, everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the gym is limited but has enough for a decent workout. I'd stay again next time.

Breakfast was a great spread, and the minibar prices were close to what you'd pay at the bar downstairs, which wasn't bad either. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed with two friends for the US v Portugal WC game, but there was a problem with our reservation at check-in. They said it was fixed, yet a week later we were charged for an extra room and night, and we're still trying to resolve it. The pool was dirty, possibly because the filtering system doesn't work well. One night, a loud, terrible 'band' played by the pool until around 11 pm, so nobody could sleep. The hotel isn't near the beach, marina, or stadium, and the neighborhood isn't nice.

The stay at hotel comfort Manaus was very good, and everything else was fine. The food needs improvement for our Indian community, as it isn't spicy enough. During the pandemic, each room should have a hot water kettle, especially when someone is quarantining at the hotel for COVID-19 isolation. Please provide individual tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, creamer, and mineral water to guests. This is my humble request. Thanks to the hotel comfort teams.

The swimming pool was wonderful, and the food was good. The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
