The free breakfast buffet was great, and I added the dinner buffet to my Expedia booking for just $1.00 extra. There's also a handy general shopping mall next door. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, on a major thoroughfare. Staff were courteous and friendly, though sometimes they struggled with English when I had a less routine request or conversation. It's about a 20-minute Uber ride from the town square.

Breakfast and dinner buffets are really good, and the staff are kind. Still, the quality is just okay for a price of over 150 dollars, which feels a little high for this region. The hotel is somewhat outdated, and the showers could be cleaner. The reception and common areas don't have air conditioning, or at least it isn't powerful enough.

The food was excellent, but I left very disappointed. After we'd spent money on a nice room, I asked for water to take my pills as we were leaving, and they refused unless I paid for it. Water had been free during my stay. This would have been a five-star experience otherwise. The hotel is also away from the city.

The manager even sent a complimentary spread of fruit and dessert up to my room, a lovely touch. Rooms and public areas were clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English, and there's a small shopping mall right next door. Getting to and from the airport was easy by car. The hotel is a bit away from the central part of town, so keep that in mind if you want to walk to attractions. Fantastic experience all around, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay and everything else was good, but charging for water in the room feels shameful. This hotel is in a place with the world's largest freshwater reserve, yet guests have to pay for room water. It presents itself as a four-star hotel, but there wasn't even complimentary water, not even for an IHG Diamond member. Unbelievable. There's a lot of room for improvement.
