The only thing I liked was that they accept pets. Otherwise, this was a terrible stay. There’s no phone number to call, only WhatsApp, and there was nobody to receive us when we arrived. They sent instructions by text, and leaving worked the same way: message them, then wait for directions. Our room was at the back and had a shared bathroom, which felt like a bad idea when you don’t know the other guests. The bathroom was dirty, soaked, and had no toilet paper. The room smelled of mold and didn’t even have a trash bin. The towels were tiny and so thin they barely dried anything, more like face towels. The TV and air conditioner remotes didn’t work because their batteries were dead. There was no sound insulation. Even at the back, we could hear traffic, including motorcycles and cars, along with conversations and other noise from nearby rooms. The garage was small, and its gate wouldn’t open all the way. At night it was completely dark, and the motion sensor light stayed on for less than a minute, so you ended up walking in the dark. You go there to rest and leave exhausted, stressed, and short on sleep. Never again!

It’s a simple, budget-style place, which was fine. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom once, and that’ll be the last time. Some guests have no manners or sense of how to behave. There’s no sound insulation between rooms either. Bring your own towels and sheets, since the ones provided feel like the five-real kind. Saving money on a shared bathroom isn’t worth the stress for me.

The rooms are good, and the location is excellent, close to the airport and with a supermarket less than 500 meters away. The problem was the shared bathroom for room 10. It smelled bad when I arrived, and I asked for it to be cleaned the next day, but nothing was done. I spent the weekend with a stinking bathroom. The owner should have handled it.

What stood out was the service. The person handling WhatsApp was attentive and quick to reply, and they were a big help to my mother while she was passing through the city and couldn’t speak the language. My only disappointment was learning after booking that the address was actually somewhere else, a little farther from the airport. Everything else was great.
