The breakfast was reasonable, though the woman in the kitchen seemed in a bad mood the whole time. I’m not fussy, but the welcome wasn’t anything like the advertising made it sound, and a renovation would help. The bed was covered with what looked like dirty sheets, though it was only a mattress cover. The pillows were hard, there was no blanket, and you were left to figure out how not to freeze. Imagine arriving on an emergency trip and finding no comfort at all. The bathroom was worse: dirty and dark, with no toilet seat, and I was afraid to shower in case I got shocked. I’d booked a room with a hydro bath like the ad showed, but there was nothing like that when I arrived. A horrible experience.

The room was freezing, and there wasn’t even a remote for the air conditioner. The pillow was hard, and the bathroom shower had no hot water. They didn’t even seem to know who was staying in each apartment. The facilities need renovation.
